Octoworks builds the AI agents, automations and websites that take repeat work off your team and get your tools talking to each other. Agencies bring us the builds their clients ask for, too.

We reply to every brief within 1 business day.

Two ways to work with us

Fix your own ops. Or build for your clients.

For your business

Leads retyped into the CRM. Invoices copied into the accounting tool. The same customer questions answered by hand, every day.

We map how work moves through your business, then automate the steps your team repeats every week.

For agencies

Your client wants an AI assistant, a lead-routing flow or a new website, and you don't have the people to build it. Hand it to us, and you get it back built, tested and ready to present.

When the project calls for it, we work under your brand, so the client relationship stays yours.

What we build

Automation, websites and the wiring in between.

Most teams run on a pile of tools that don't talk to each other. We build the pieces and connect them, so your stack works as one system instead of twelve tabs.

  • AI Automations

Custom AI agents and workflows for the repeat work: sorting leads, drafting replies, summarizing calls.

  • Website Design & Build

Modern websites built in Webflow, designed to turn visitors into enquiries and easy for your team to edit.

  • Integrations & Systems

Connect your CRM, forms, project tools and inbox so data moves on its own and nobody retypes it.

  • Custom Solutions

Internal tools, dashboards and customer portals for the jobs off-the-shelf software won't do.

What we automate

If it happens every week, it can run on its own.

A few of the automations and integrations we build. Each one starts with something that already happens in your business and ends with work your team no longer does by hand.

  • Leads

    • Webflow
    • OpenAI
    • HubSpot

When: A lead fills in your website form.

Then: AI scores it, adds it to your CRM with the right owner and sets the follow-up.

  • Customer email

    • Google
    • Claude

When: A customer emails your inbox.

Then: AI sorts it and drafts a reply from your help docs. A person checks it before it goes out.

  • Invoices

    • Google
    • OpenAI
    • Slack

When: An invoice arrives as a PDF.

Then: The details are read, checked and added to your accounting tool, with a Slack alert if anything looks off.

  • Onboarding

    • HubSpot
    • Notion
    • Google

    When: A new customer signs.

Then: Their folders, project board, welcome email and first tasks set themselves up.

  • Reporting

    • HubSpot
    • Google
    • Slack

    When: It's Monday morning.

Then: Last week's numbers from your CRM, sheets and ad accounts arrive in Slack, summarized in plain English.

  • Meetings

    • Claude
    • HubSpot

    When: A sales call ends.

Then: The summary and next steps land in your CRM, and the follow-up email is drafted for you.

  • Bookings

    • Google
    • Make

    When: Someone books a call.

Then: It lands on the right calendar, reminders go out, and their details are waiting for you before you talk.

  • Records

    • Airtable
    • n8n
    • Notion

When: A record changes in one tool.

Then: It updates everywhere else, so nobody keeps two lists in sync by hand.

Not on the list? If it has a clear trigger and a clear next step, it can usually be automated. Describe yours in a brief

Tools we build with

Your tools are the arms. We build the brain.

You already pay for good software. We connect it so it works as one system, with AI doing the copying and chasing your team does by hand today.

How we work

From brief to handover in four steps.

  1. Step 1: Brief

Tell us what you need through the project form. We reply within 1 business day.

  2. Step 2: Scope

We map the workflow, agree what gets built and send you a quote. You approve the scope before we build anything.

  3. Step 3: Build

We build and test everything end to end. You see it take shape at regular check-ins.

  4. Step 4: Launch & hand over

We launch, walk your team through it and write down how it works, so nobody has to guess later.

Why Octoworks

We've worked inside busy teams. Then we learned to build the fix.

From the inside

We've worked inside marketing agencies, so we know what busy operations look like up close: reporting days, onboarding that depends on one person's memory, and requests nobody on the team has time to build. You won't have to explain why it matters.

Engineering-led

Engineers run Octoworks. You don't get a workflow diagram and a list of recommendations. You get the system itself, tested against your real work and handed over running.

Questions

What people ask before they send a brief.

Do you only work with agencies?

No. We build for businesses that want less manual work, and for agencies and consultancies that need a build team for their clients.

Which tools do you work with?

Mostly OpenAI, Claude, Make, n8n, Webflow, HubSpot, Slack and Google Workspace, plus Notion, Airtable, Zapier and ClickUp. If a tool has an API, we can usually connect it. If it can't be done well, we'll tell you.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need. A lead-routing flow and a customer portal are different jobs, so we scope every project after a short brief. You'll get a quote before we build anything.

How long does a project take?

That depends on scope too. Your quote comes with a timeline, so you know when to expect it before you commit.

What do you need from us?

Access to the tools involved and someone who knows how the process works today. We'll also need time from you for a kickoff and a review before launch.

How do you handle our data and AI?

We only connect the tools and data a project needs. Before we build, we'll show you where the data goes, including which AI provider processes it.

Can we see past work?

Octoworks is a new studio, so there's no wall of case studies yet. Send a brief and we'll walk you through exactly how we'd approach your project.

Can you work under our agency's brand?

Yes, when the project needs it. Tell us in your brief how you want to handle the client relationship, and we'll agree the setup before any work starts.

Ready when you are

Send us the brief. Hear back within 1 business day.

Tell us what your team keeps doing by hand, or what your client asked for. We'll reply with questions or next steps.
